GENERAL INFORMATION: 100% pure avocado oil known as CRUDE oil, obtained using mechanical methods such as maceration, decanting, centrifugation, and/or cold pressing of avocado pulp.

APPLICATIONS: Culinary and/or intended for refining.

SENSORIAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Smell: Distinctive.

Taste: Distinctive.

Aspecto: Dark green to emerald green. It is liquid at room temperature.
